Welcome to Cafe Hangover-German-Bakery-Restaurant, a hidden gem located at 18, West, 10 Yod Sane 2, Chalong, Phuket. This quaint establishment invites those craving delightful German cuisine, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Upon entering Cafe Hangover, you're greeted by warmth—not only from the cozy ambiance but also from the friendly couple who run the place. As many patrons, like Denis WUNSCH, have noted, the food is not only delicious but the portions are generous. The menu offers a tantalizing array of traditional German dishes that make your taste buds dance.
Start your day with their German Breakfast, which features perfectly paired selections like a choice of bread bun or rye bread, backed by savory salami, liver pâté, and a choice of eggs, all washed down with refreshing orange or apple juice. This hearty meal sets a satisfied tone for the day ahead.
For something with a kick, the Hangover Breakfast comes loaded with Nürnberger sausages, baked beans, and pan-fried potatoes. It's a dish that not only fills you up but leaves you with a smile, much like Mike Daniels experienced when he stumbled upon this treasure.
As the day transitions to evening, try the Nürnberger Set or indulge in a versatile dish like Spaghetti Bolognese, boasting rich meat and tomato sauce. Or perhaps the comforting Goulash with homemade red cabbage will entice you, showcasing authentic flavors that resonate with many visitors, including Nico Romero Martín, who encourages everyone to experience the cheerfulness of the staff along with the delightful offerings.
Don’t overlook the small but delightful snacks, such as the Chicken Satay, that resonate with patrons. The homemade bread and savories are must-tries, praised by our appreciative customers like Liana Doyle, who recommend enjoying a chat with Matias and Jep, the friendly duo behind this culinary sanctuary.
Cafe Hangover isn’t just another eatery; it’s an experience grounded in hospitality and authentic flavors. With every meal, you’re not just feeding your body, but your soul. Whether you're visiting Phuket or just passing through, make sure to stop by and savor the comforting embrace of German food that brings together tradition, quality ingredients, and a genuine smile.

An amazing German restaurant here in Thailand! The food was absolutely phenomenal – it’s hard to find German food this good even back in Germany. The owner couple is super sweet and welcoming. Prices were great too. Highly recommend!
